Fortnite to Apex Legends Sensitivity Converter
Fortnite uses Unreal Engine 5 (yaw=0.5555), while Apex Legends uses Modified Source (yaw=0.022). Since Apex Legends's yaw is lower, the converted sensitivity number will be higher. For example, Fortnite sensitivity 7 equals Apex Legends 176.750.

Fortnite to Apex Legends Important Notes
Fortnite (yaw=0.5555) and Apex Legends (yaw=0.022) have different yaw values. The conversion ratio is 25.2500. You cannot simply copy sensitivity numbers between them.
The sensitivity values differ significantly (over 3×). After conversion, verify the value falls within Apex Legends's valid range (0.5–5).
Note: This tool converts hip-fire sensitivity only. Apex Legends has separate ADS (aim-down-sight) sensitivity settings that need to be adjusted independently in-game.
Before converting, ensure both games have Raw Input enabled and Windows mouse acceleration ("Enhance pointer precision") is turned off for accurate results.
After converting, practice in Apex Legends's training range or casual mode for 15–30 minutes. Even with identical cm/360, different game visuals, frame rates, and movement speeds may feel slightly different.
Fortnite to Apex Legends FAQ
Q. What is Fortnite sensitivity 7 in Apex Legends?
Fortnite sensitivity 7 equals Apex Legends 176.7500. Calculation: 7 × (0.5555 ÷ 0.022) = 176.7500. At 800 DPI, this corresponds to approximately 0.3 cm/360°.
Q. Why are Fortnite and Apex Legends sensitivity numbers so different?
Because Fortnite's yaw value is 0.5555, while Apex Legends's is 0.022. The yaw value determines how many degrees of rotation each unit of sensitivity produces. Games with lower yaw values need higher sensitivity numbers to achieve the same physical turning speed.
Q. Do I need to change my DPI after converting?
No. Sensitivity conversion only involves changing the in-game sensitivity number. Keep your DPI the same. The conversion formula already accounts for yaw differences between games, ensuring cm/360° stays consistent at the same DPI.
Q. Can ADS sensitivity be converted between Fortnite and Apex Legends?
This tool converts base hip-fire sensitivity. ADS sensitivity is typically a multiplier of the base sensitivity, and different games use different multiplier systems that can't be directly cross-converted. After converting hip-fire sensitivity, manually adjust the ADS multiplier in Apex Legends to a comfortable range (typically 0.7–1.0).
Q. What is the conversion ratio from Fortnite to Apex Legends?
The conversion ratio is 25.2500 (0.5555 ÷ 0.022). Multiply your Fortnite sensitivity by this ratio to get the Apex Legends equivalent. For example: sensitivity 1 × 25.2500 = 25.2500.
