cm/360 = 360 ÷ (DPI × Sens × Yaw) × 2.54

Call of Duty: Warzone to Apex Legends Sensitivity Converter

Call of Duty: Warzone uses IW 9.0 (yaw=0.0066), while Apex Legends uses Modified Source (yaw=0.022). Since Apex Legends's yaw is higher, the converted sensitivity number will be lower. For example, Call of Duty: Warzone sensitivity 5 equals Apex Legends 1.500.

Conversion Formula

Formula: New Sens = Old Sens × (Old Yaw / New Yaw) = 5 × (0.0066 / 0.022) = 1.500

Engine Differences

IW engine yaw=0.0066, sensitivity system is nearly identical to OW2.

Modified Source engine with identical hip-fire yaw to CS2. ADS sensitivity uses a separate multiplier.

Call of Duty: Warzone to Apex Legends Important Notes

1

Call of Duty: Warzone (yaw=0.0066) and Apex Legends (yaw=0.022) have different yaw values. The conversion ratio is 0.3000. You cannot simply copy sensitivity numbers between them.

2

The sensitivity values differ significantly (less than 1/3). After conversion, verify the value falls within Apex Legends's valid range (0.5–5).

3

Note: This tool converts hip-fire sensitivity only. Apex Legends has separate ADS (aim-down-sight) sensitivity settings that need to be adjusted independently in-game.

4

Before converting, ensure both games have Raw Input enabled and Windows mouse acceleration ("Enhance pointer precision") is turned off for accurate results.

5

After converting, practice in Apex Legends's training range or casual mode for 15–30 minutes. Even with identical cm/360, different game visuals, frame rates, and movement speeds may feel slightly different.

Call of Duty: Warzone to Apex Legends FAQ

Q. What is Call of Duty: Warzone sensitivity 5 in Apex Legends?

Call of Duty: Warzone sensitivity 5 equals Apex Legends 1.5000. Calculation: 5 × (0.0066 ÷ 0.022) = 1.5000. At 800 DPI, this corresponds to approximately 34.6 cm/360°.

Q. Why are Call of Duty: Warzone and Apex Legends sensitivity numbers so different?

Because Call of Duty: Warzone's yaw value is 0.0066, while Apex Legends's is 0.022. The yaw value determines how many degrees of rotation each unit of sensitivity produces. Games with lower yaw values need higher sensitivity numbers to achieve the same physical turning speed.

Q. Do I need to change my DPI after converting?

No. Sensitivity conversion only involves changing the in-game sensitivity number. Keep your DPI the same. The conversion formula already accounts for yaw differences between games, ensuring cm/360° stays consistent at the same DPI.

Q. Can ADS sensitivity be converted between Call of Duty: Warzone and Apex Legends?

This tool converts base hip-fire sensitivity. ADS sensitivity is typically a multiplier of the base sensitivity, and different games use different multiplier systems that can't be directly cross-converted. After converting hip-fire sensitivity, manually adjust the ADS multiplier in Apex Legends to a comfortable range (typically 0.7–1.0).

Q. What is the conversion ratio from Call of Duty: Warzone to Apex Legends?

The conversion ratio is 0.3000 (0.0066 ÷ 0.022). Multiply your Call of Duty: Warzone sensitivity by this ratio to get the Apex Legends equivalent. For example: sensitivity 2 × 0.3000 = 0.6000.
